Linda offers private nutritional/fitness consultations to guide & motivate you to stay on track. Each personalized plan is tailored to your lifestyle and your tastes. As we all have different dietary needs, likes and dislikes, an individual plan can be very beneficial. Each plan is well balanced and designed to include your favorite foods so you don’t feel deprived. Whether you need to lose 10lbs or 100lbs, want to improve your diet for a healthier lifestyle or improve performance, Linda has been helping people of all ages and from all walks of life to achieve optimal wellness through healthy eating.

Individual Consultations – The first consultation lasts approximately 1 hour and we’ll review your diet, medical and nutrition history and concerns in detail. This will help me to formulate your personalized plan.

Follow up consultations – The plan and program details will be discussed and questions/concerns addressed. This ensures you have a full understanding of your plan in order to ensure success.

Customized plans are my specialty and I realize that everyone has different nutritional needs so don’t expect a "one plan fits all" approach. Programs are customized based on many aspects, including body type, food sensitivities, health and goals. Other areas of expertise include individualized recipes based on specific nutritional needs, supplementation recommendations and personalized shopping & meal planning.
