industry for over 12 years, Linda is an ISSA certified Specialist in Performance Nutrition. As an
accomplished marathon runner, writer and mother she specializes in developing nutritional programs
for the weekend warrior and professional athletes alike. Instead of drug prescriptions, Linda will
recommend personal plans, recipes and exercise programs to get you healthy and in the best shape of your life.
